Our Story

 

Our Founder is a yoga loving nurse. She started NOLAVA Designs because she understood, firsthand how small, intentional changes can transform a life.   

Wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding balance by creating simple habits and feeling good in your own skin. Our mission is clear, it’s to help you to live with more joy, purpose and comfort every single day.  

Wellness is also a journey, and we hope to make yours a little smoother. Whether it’s stepping onto one of our yoga mats or winding down with tools for sleep or relaxation we hope you will feel that every product in our Brand has been designed to bring a feeling of calm and comfort to your daily routine.  

We’re on a sustainability journey too. We seek out suppliers who put planet and people first, our Founder has personally travelled the world to ensure compliance and alignment with our core values. Over time we will make further steps towards more sustainability. But rest assured our products are Organic where possible, biodegradable, eco-friendly and free from phthalates and petrochemicals.  

As you step onto your mat know that we have worked hard to support your practice and our planet.  Sure, we have a lot still to do but our intention is set.
