Our Founder began her career as a Nurse. But after working in mainstream clinical practice for several years she moved her attention to more holistic approaches to health and lifestyle. 

In 2018 the idea to start her own business NOLAVA Designs was born.  Initially the focus was on products to support better sleep and relaxation but, as time passes and customer feedback informs, we will continue to add more lifestyle and wellbeing products to our range.

Sleep is the foundation to a healthy life. But so too are positive daily habits or rituals of self-care. With the right tools and help we can all benefit from adding relaxation, meditation, and yoga to our daily schedules. No matter what age or stage in life, consistency of positive daily habits is the key to ‘Living Your Best Life Everyday’.

To this end we created the NOLAVA Well-being App.  Our goal being to improve your experience beyond the purchase of our products and this will remain our commitment to you.

The inspiration for the name of our Business NOLAVA Designs originated from a beautiful place known as Avalon where it is said the Celtic Goddess NOLAVA once lived.
